Force Time event to process with api

Hey,

Sometimes a time event gets stuck within a process. Is there a possibility to force the event to restart or to finish?

What does “gets stuck” mean? Is there a dead letter job?

Hey, thanks for checking. Issue has been solved. The process was triggered by a Job, but due to expired credentials to other system, the process stopped by the time event always.
