When I add an email address in “from property” (mail task), the email will always be sent from my SMTP address server.

I am not sure that I understand your problem. When you add an email address to the “from property” in the mail task the from address that the other person will see is not the one you configured?
The emails are always sent through the configured SMTP address server though.
Can you perhaps provide an example and some screenshots to show us what is wrong with the received emails.
