Flowable 6.8.1 and tomcat log file

Hi,
I was able to install Flowable 6.8.1 war files flowable-ui and flowable-rest under tomcat 9.0.95.
All Flowable info being shown on the console and what is the best way to direct the console entries to log files?

Referring to the URL Logging :: Spring Boot and able to get entries in to the file and will fine tune based on the details available on the above URL.
