We have a use-case to notify task owner in-case if the task is not addressed for 3 days.
To handle this scenario in process, Can we attach intermediate Timer Event to an Human Task to configure SLA and send email notification when it is breached.
To achieve this behaviour you can add a ‘boundary timer event’ to the Proposal Review 2 user task.
You can configure the boundary timer event with for example a time duration so that the attached path will be executed after this duration is exceeded.
