Where to find sent emails in Flowable work?

As topic indicated, where do I find sent emails from mail task?

The SMTP RFC does not support that (by default). However some provider create a ‘copy’ of your email and display it as ‘sent’.
I assume you are using SMTP to send your emails. Can you please share your config?

I don’t have access to SMTP configuration, it’s managed by our central IT department.
You are saying that it’s possible to keep a copy of sent email in Flowable work by managing the SMTP configuration?

Sorry, I made a terrible mistake. SMTP is only for sending emails (fire and forget). If you want to store emails IMAP the protocol of choice. As far as I know, flowable open source supports SMTP, but not IMAP. But I will check this and come back to you.

EDIT: After some consultancy, I gathered the following infos:

  1. flowable open source does not support IMAP.
  2. The inital statement IS correct: Some SMTP servers store the copy and some do not. You need to contact your IT to solve it.
