Read-only user assigned to a process

Hi everyone,

Is there any way to define a read-only mode for visualize the process instances in the flowable-task application?
What I want to do is to define a group that could see the information related to all the intances of the process definition. The idea is that this group will consist of the managers of the users involved in the process so this profile will only need to see the process state (“Show diagram” option).

Yes, go to flowable-task->process instance and click on show diagram button.

I’m already using the show diagram option as I mentioned in the previous post. What I want to do is to have the process in the managers process menu. So the manager would be a read-only user related to the process

Hi Clara,

We currently don’t have a readonly permission implemented for the Flowable Task application. But that would indeed be a nice enhancement.
