Multi forms in the same User tasks

I want to know if is possible to use a single user task that contemples various definitions of a forms.

The image represent what I want.

The image represent what I want. So when answering the “questionnaire 1” exist one question that despolet the “questionnaire 2” in the same user task.

With the open source app, one way you can do this by having the 3 questionnaires in the single user task form, but use javascript to show and hide elements based on criteria. So, some JS coding needed.

Hi!
Is there a way to do this in Flowable open source app without any coding? Just wanted to ask again since it has been quite some time after this post, maybe there is a new solution.
