Exception: deployment 55005 doesn't contain any rules

Hi, i am not able to map rules tables with process definition,
and getting below exception,
org.flowable.engine.common.api.FlowableException: deployment 55005 doesn’t contain any rules

let me know, steps need to be followed for mapping rules table
