May i know, How flowable is support for implementing in cloud environment and is it supported by Docker?

could you elaborate on what you mean with ‘implementing in cloud environment’?
Flowable apps can easily be deployed in / on cloud environments as WARs / runnable JARs or as Docker containers.
As for Docker.
All Flowable applications are available as Docker images; https://hub.docker.com/u/flowable/ .
