The running timeoutProcess does not have an active timer

I have created a process with timer but there is error like this:

Caused by: org.flowable.common.engine.api.FlowableException: The running timeoutProcess ‘XXXXXX’ with key ‘YYYYYYYY’ does not have an active timer.
