Hi,

There’s a property named email.useTLS that you can set to true in the flowable-ui-app.properties file.
That should fix the issue.

Best regards,

Tijs

tanks i i think is that what i was missing! but iam already fix the insuse doing in flowable-engine in the file in the path …\modules\flowable-engine\src\main\java\org\flowable\engine\impl\bpmn\behavior\MailActivityBehavior.java
where i place:
email.getMailSession().getProperties().put(“mail.smtp.ssl.trust”, “*”);
email.getMailSession().getProperties().put(“mail.smtps.auth”, “true”);
email.getMailSession().getProperties().put(“mail.debug”, “true”);
email.getMailSession().getProperties().put(“mail.smtps.socketFactory.port”, “587”);
email.getMailSession().getProperties().put(“mail.smtps.socketFactory.class”,
“javax.net.ssl.SSLSocketFactory”);
email.getMailSession().getProperties().put(“mail.smtps.socketFactory.fallback”, “false”);
email.getMailSession().getProperties().put(“mail.smtp.starttls.enable”, “true”);
