REST Endpoint doesn't work since a hard reboot

Hi,

i don’t know flowable, i’m here to help my co-worker.

Last Thursday we had an electrical shutdown of our datacenter. Since then, the Endpoint does not start correctly. We had customized the port (8089) and I see that the server is not listening on this port after starting. I don’t understand why.
We have a second identical server and no problem for him.
