How do I sign in with a user who doesnt have an administrator profile and does not have access to /flowable-idm?

I’m not quite sure what you mean, but if you’ve created users by logging in to the flowable-idm app as admin/test, then you also need to give those users the privilege to use the appropriate apps. Usually, it’s easiest to add users to a group and give that group access to the privilege “Access the workflow application”: then they can sign in to the flowable-task app. If you want to allow a user or group to design processes and forms, give them the privilege “Access modeler application” and they can then sign into the flowable-modeler app.
