How can i get the connected user groups and privileges without having access to idm?

I need to get the connected user groups and privileges by rest to check if he can access my application.

I need this info without having access to IDM, because these users dont have access.

The flowable-rest application exposes this information over rest under the /identity endpoint, e.g. see http://www.flowable.org/docs/userguide/index.html#_get_a_list_of_users
