Flowable user setup

Hi

For assigning an task to a user do we need to have the user setup within flowable or AD integrated.

Is there a way for dynamically assigning to a user who is not setup.

Hey.

As far as I know, candidate users or assignee fields don’t necessarily have to have a user entity from within Flowable or AD to be “referenced”. Those are simply the strings so any value is acceptable.
