I have activated the community account and downloaded the flowable self-manage zip file. I have no license so I cannot try the Loan process.
How can I get the license ?

We occasionally see that in that an email cannot be delivered. Mostly because of faulty email addresses or corporate mailserver rules.
But in your case we see in our mail delivery system that the email was delivered.
Can you verify this?
If this does not resolve the issue you could try with a different email address. Or contact our sales department at sales@flowable.com.

I have checked the email box with the system team, but we haven’t found any mail with the license sent from Flowable.
My company needs a good BPM platform to replace the current one so I tried to study Flowable to see how many features that we can migrate from the current applications to.

I checked again and I see that the verification mail was delivered.
But the email with the license key was blocked by your company’s mailserver;
554 5.7.1 Rejected for policy reasons (440DD7653D45E2C2427)
So in order to receive a trial license I suggest using a different email for requesting a trial.
Or contacting sales (sales@flowable.com) to organise it in an alternative way.

I don’t think we can help you with that in the forum. The mail got lost somewhere and did not arrive in your inbox. In the forum we can’t share a new license file since it’s public and it would be available to everybody.
