Hi All,
Please let me know if anyone has converted the Appian bpm xml files into Flowable bpmn. It will be helpful if you could share the steps if you have migrated for the same. I have tried in Flowable Leap but it works only for simple appian xml files but not the complex appian xml file.
Converting Appian XML to BPMN 2.0 XML is not straightforward since Appian uses a proprietary XML format for its process models, while BPMN 2.0 follows a standardized XML schema. Please me know if any open source tools available for the migration in this case.
Hey @asatheeshk212,
We could look into improving Flowable Leap to support the Appian XML. However, we would need to have access to the complex XML file you are referring to.
Would you be able to share this file(s) with us? You can of course do this privately, no need to publish the files in the forum.
Cheers,
Filip
Hi,
I have shared the appian XML in separate thread. It will be helpful if I get point of contact from Flowable team to discuss with the next steps as my organization would like to get partnership with flowable team on this regard.
Hey @asatheeshk212,
In which thread? Have you shared something in a personal message an email or some other public post?
Have you filled out the Contact Form at https://www.flowable.com/contact? If yes, then please share the name you used and email (you can send me a personal message) and I will reach out to the responsible people to see that they reach out to you.
Cheers,
Filip
