Are the "event registry" tasks available on the open source version?

Looking at the commercial doc ( Introducing Events and Channels | Flowable Enterprise Documentation ) I see tasks related to Event Registry, like Event Registry Start | Flowable Enterprise Documentation and Send and Receive Event Task | Flowable Enterprise Documentation

Are this available on the open source version ( currently on 6.8.0 )? If not, is there a documented workaround or replacement?
For example, for the “Event registry start” I can use a “message start”. But I’m not sure what to use for the send-and-receive.

Hi @ramirogm,

those tasks exist in the open-source engines as well. You can for example model them with the free Flowable Design Cloud Edition.
