# Unable to Install Flowable 5.23 or 6.4 through Eclipse

I downloaded the Flowable download files but Eclipse (v.2019-09 4.13.0) appears to be looking for the content.jar file and gives me a “No software site found” error. I get repository errors if downloading directly from the site. Can anyone help me?
