Hi,

Is there any out of the box APIs to get the total time required to complete the process (We set due date for each task. There might be some parallel tasks / decision boxes and complex steps hence we can not add all the tasks due date ) ?

No, there’s no support for that. Only when process instances have been completed, the duration is stored in the database.
