# Any open source Document Management System which can be integrated with Flowable BPMN engine?

Every open source DMS can be integrated with Flowable. We already provide a very simple Content engine, and the ContentService interface could for example be implemented to integrate with any DMS.

Thanks Tijs!!!  
Do we have any documentation on content engine. In our project we need a simple document management system along with workflow. If Flowable itself has this capability then it would be great. Otherwise we need to pick any open source DMS and then will integrate with Flowable. Need suggestion here. Thanks!!

I thing JackRabbit is a perfect candidate for flowable, is open source, is a container with much functionality and is embbedied for java projects.
