About reassigning the handler function

Is reallocation implemented? For example, if I am the commit process person and designate you as the handler, when the process returns to the commit process person, I can reassign a new handler

I am not sure that I understand what you really mean.

We have TaskService#setAssignee that can be used to set an assignee (and thus re-assign a task) on a task.
